Please note that custom-sized rings and personalized engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

Securely place your jewelry in its original Disney-themed packaging, including all certificates of authenticity and diamond grading reports to avoid a replacement fee.

Attach the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and affix it to your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are removed or covered.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to an authorized UPS or FedEx drop-off location and keep your receipt; once received, our gemologists will inspect the item and process your refund within 7-10 business days.
